

A key work in her oeuvre is the installation Light Music from 1975-76. This audiovisual production has been acclaimed for decades already as an early example of participatory cinema, in which the viewer plays an active role. In recent years, Lis Rhodes has exhibited the work twice at the Tate Modern in London, among other places.
