Come and embroider like Mounira Al Solh during the Christmas holidays!

REGISTRATION NOT REQUIRED BUT SPACES ARE LIMITED!

This Christmas holiday, you can take part in a special embroidery workshop at the Bonnefanten Museum, inspired by the exhibition of Mounira Al Solh. Under supervision, you will freely embroider on fabric, giving shape to your own memories. Think of a special place, a loved one or a moment you cherish, little stories that can be both warm and melancholic.

Al Solh uses a lot of textiles in her work to make feelings and memories tangible. During this workshop, you will experience for yourself how images, language and thread can merge. Embroider intuitively, make a small sketch with stitches or work with words as visual material; anything goes, nothing is mandatory.

You can take your artwork home with you afterwards!
