General conditions for group arrangements
TariffsMentioned prices apply during regular visiting hours, we are obliged to charge surveillance costs outside these hours.
Mentioned prices are valid till 31 December 2011.
The use of museum card and other discount regulations do not apply for group bookings.
Group size
guided tours: minimum amount of 15, maximum amount of 25 people; group size introduction / lecture: minimum amount of 30 people
Modifications
with regards to the number of people can be reported up to 3 working days in advance free of charge
Reservations
for guided tours at least 3 working days in advance
for inside stories: maximum of 2 months, minimum of 3 weeks in advance
Cancellations
free of charge if cancelled up to 7 working days before reserved date of visit; between 7 and 3 working days 50% of the total amount to pay; for cancellations after this period the complete amount will be charged
Methods of payment
cash/pin, credit card or invoice; payment occurs exclusively by contact person
In the museum house rules and official established visitor's conditions apply, of which the text on request is available.
At unforeseen circumstances the Bonnefantenmuseum preserves the right to adapt the programme.
