The crew of the Bonnefantenmuseum is 28,6 fte. In charge are two directors, one for all art affairs and one of all management affairs. They manage the following departments:

Contemporary Art, Old Masters Art, Visitor Services and Education, Press & Publicity, Administration & HRM, Art Lease, MuseumShop, Depot & Registration, Facility Management and Design.
